Maharashtra Pollution Control Board's Air and Water consent/' NOC.
Provisional NOC from CFO & FA of MIDC for high rise buildings and hazardous industry having fire hazards & fire risk.
Council of Architect's Registration (Incase of Regd. Architect).
Appointment letter of Architect / Licensed Surveyor, Structural Engineer, & Licensed Plumber.
Acceptance letter from. Architect / Licensed Surveyor, Structural Engineer & Plumber.
Supervision memos of Architect and Structural Engr. (Apendix ‘B’).
Structural Safety Certificate on Stamp paper of Rs.100/-
Terrace undertaking on stamp paper of Rs.100/-
Copy of Licence of Architect / Surveyor, Structural Engineer & Plumber.
Declaration of allottee on Stamp paper of Rs.100/'- (Apendix ‘A’- Application for Development)
Letter of Extension of time limit from the concern Regional Officer MIDC (if applicable)
Three copies of proposed building plan.
No dues certificate from water billing section of MIDC.

The Application will be treated valid for obtaining approval to the building plan only if the allottee / Architect or Licensed Surveyor / Engineer (appointed by the allottee) furnish the required documents as above.
