PLAN APPROVAL

Following documents are required for scrutiny

  • Copies of Allotment letter, Possession receipt and Agreement with demarcation plan.
  • Copy of registration under Small Scale Industries / Memorandum of Articles / Deed of Partnership.
  • Maharashtra Pollution Control Board's Air and Water consent/' NOC.
  • Provisional NOC from CFO & FA of MIDC for high rise buildings and hazardous industry having fire hazards & fire risk.
  • Council of Architect's Registration (Incase of Regd. Architect).
  • Appointment letter of Architect / Licensed Surveyor, Structural Engineer, & Licensed Plumber.
  • Acceptance letter from. Architect / Licensed Surveyor, Structural Engineer & Plumber.
  • Supervision memos of Architect and Structural Engr. (Apendix ‘B’).
  • Structural Safety Certificate on Stamp paper of Rs.100/-
  • Terrace undertaking on stamp paper of Rs.100/-
  • Copy of Licence of Architect / Surveyor, Structural Engineer & Plumber.
  • Declaration of allottee on Stamp paper of Rs.100/'- (Apendix ‘A’- Application for Development)
  • Letter of Extension of time limit from the concern Regional Officer MIDC (if applicable)
  • Three copies of proposed building plan.
  • No dues certificate from water billing section of MIDC.

The Application will be treated valid for obtaining approval to the building plan only if the allottee / Architect or Licensed Surveyor / Engineer (appointed by the allottee) furnish the required documents as above.
