Plot Allotment Procedure
|
The applicant has to apply ONLINE on www.midcindia.org for getting the plot along with following documents. After forwarding online application the documents should be submitted with in Ten days to concern Regional Officer.
- Hard copy of application I.e. White application form (which is submitted by one line)
- Covering Letter
- Brief project report
- Block plan
- Constitutional details of organization
- Process fee (D.D.) as per following chart.

On scrutiny of application & approval of committee the offer letter is given by MIDC against which 50% amount of earnest money deposit is required to be pay with in 15 days from its receipt. After allotment of specific plot balance amount has to be deposited within 30 days from its receipt, on payment of entire land cost advances possessior is handed over & subsequently agreement of lease is executed.

- GM District Industries Centre for Plot requirement upto 2500 sq. Meter.
- Concern R.O. For plot upto 20,000 sq. Meter
- Dy. CEO or Jt. CEO for plot above 20,000 sq. Meter & plots for non-industrial use & Chemical Industry purpose.
